Preparation

The surface adjacent to surfaces receiving coating
will be masked with tape and heavy paper to protect
such surfaces. Accidental applications of coating
to adjacent surfaces will be removed immediately.
Check surfaces for dryness. Remove any moisture
to be excessive to those surfaces recommended by the
Manufacturer. It is recommended that all joints
between bricks NOT be "raked, pointed or V'ed". By
brick layers, all "V" joints in precast ceiling
panels be filled in and made smooth.

Surface Preparation

Existing Walls and Ceiling: Walls and ceiling shall be
thoroughly block sanded to a smooth surface. Surface
cleaning shall be done by air blasting. A two part
epoxy urethane primer designed primarily for concrete
adhesion must be used.
