Qualification of Contractor:

Contractor shall
1. Have a minimum of three (3) years experience
in the application of fiberglass surfacing.

2. Submit proof of ability to perform the work
intended under these specifications.

Qualifications of Workmen:

1. This Contractor shall use only qualified and
thoroughly trained and experienced craftsmen,
completely familiar with the materials methods
specified.

2. This Contractor shall personally supervise the
work, or shall provide a competent supervisor
acceptable to the Inspector who shall be present
at all times during the execution of the work and
who shall be thoroughly trained and experienced in
placing the materials and methods specified.

3. In acceptance or rejection of fiberglass
coating, no allowance will be made for lack of skill
on the part of the workmen.
